On Android, Plucky is a browser you can get in the Play Store.
It used to be in the Play Store, but Google cited it for a policy violation in 2023 because Pluckeye downloaded a codec plugin in order to play H.264 videos. So now, Pluckeye on Android can only be installed by manually downloading it from https://getplucky.net/ .
