Lucy often finds the websites that she visits to be visually loud and cluttered by obnoxious ads and auto-playing videos. She thinks the internet would look better without images, but she wants to be able to “turn on” images and videos at a moment’s notice when she finds something she actually does want to see or watch. Lucy installs Plucky, and then she’s done. Plucky blocks images and videos by default and initially has a delay of 0, so at any time she can remove the rules that block images and videos, or add a rule to allow images and videos on a particular website.
